What size are your animals?

Our animals come in a variety of sizes...8 inch, 10 inch, 16 inch, and 20 inch.

Do I need a machine to stuff your animals?

No!   

A machine is not necessary (although can be utilized as a preference). 

However, all of our animals are made to be hand-stuffed with ease!

What do I stuff your animals with?

Fluff will be provided with all animal stuffing kits.

If you would like to purchase your own fluff, we personally recommend Fairfield Poly-Fil Premium Fiber. 

It is washable, non-allergenic, and proudly made in the USA.

It is sold in Walmart, Hobby Lobby, Amazon and many other craft stores.

How much stuffing do your animals require?

8" animals require approximately .25 ounces

16" animals require approximately .45 ounces

Do your animals require sewing to close them up?

Absolutely not! 

Our animals have an inner layer that closes via zipper or ziptie.

Many of our animals also have an outer layer that utilizes velcro for a seamless closure.  

* please remove the cloth strip from the velcro before sealing *

What do I do if there is an issue with my order?

Every animal is triple-inspected before reaching our customers' hands. 

However, we do understand that we could miss something from time to time. 

Please note:  defective items and order discrepancies must be brought to our attention within 48 hours of delivery

While we do not offer refunds, we will be more than happy to replace your defective animal with one of equal value!
